Our signature matcha is also made from first-flush leaves, which are shade-grown for 15 days, then steamed and finely ground. Signature matcha has a fuller body and more distinct character, with a warm, nutty aroma reminiscent of roasted soybeans – it is ideal for customers who prefer a deeper and more robust flavor profile.

Best for: Matcha latte

For one serving, use approximately 2 g of matcha (about 1 teaspoon),
pour 70 ml of water at a temperature of up to 70 °C, and whisk.
Then, pour into 220 ml of frothed milk of your choice. The package is sufficient for 20 servings.
