Ceremonial Matcha | 40g tin

Our ceremonial matcha is made from first-flush leaves, grown in the shade for 15 days before harvesting, then gently steamed and slowly ground in stone mills. The result is an intense, deep green color, a smooth taste with a delicate bitterness, and a rich umami finish – designed for a truly refined matcha experience.

For one serving, use approximately 2g of matcha (about 1 teaspoon),
add 70ml of water at up to 70°C and whisk.
Then you can add warm or cold milk to taste. The package is sufficient for 20 servings.
