How to prepare matcha

For the basic preparation you will need:

 

  • 2g Matchavia (approx. ½ – 1 teaspoon)
  • 70–80 °C water (not boiling)
  • Approx. 70 ml water
  • 220 ml frothed milk

 

Ideally, sift the matcha into a bowl to avoid lumps and pour water over it. Then whisk it into a fine foam consistency.

You can then pour the prepared matcha into frothed milk.
